At Nexa Home Smart Solutions, we stand behind every product we sell. Your satisfaction matters — and our policy is designed to be fair to all customers.
✓ We Accept Returns For:
- Defective or damaged items — If your product arrives broken or malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
- Wrong item received — If we shipped the wrong product, we correct it immediately at our expense.
- Missing items or accessories — Contact us and we'll send replacements right away.
✗ We Do Not Accept Returns For:
- Change of mind / Buyer's remorse — We do not accept returns because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, or found it at a lower price elsewhere.
- Incorrect purchase — Please review product descriptions and specifications carefully before ordering.
- Customer-damaged items — Items damaged due to misuse after delivery are not eligible for return.
📦 Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or wrong items: Nexa Home covers all return shipping costs.
- For buyer-remorse returns (approved case-by-case): Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees to our warehouse. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
⏱ Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to report a defective or incorrect item. Contact us at support@nexahomeco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
💳 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
Important Note: Items must be in original condition to qualify for return. Used, modified, or damaged-by-customer items will not be accepted.
