1.REFUND POLICY

At Nexa Home Smart Solutions, we stand behind every product we sell. Your satisfaction matters — but we've designed our return policy to be fair to both our customers and our business.
### We Accept Returns For:
- **Defective or damaged items** — If your product arrives broken, malfunctions, or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
- **Wrong item received** — If we shipped you the wrong product, we will correct this immediately at our expense.
- **Missing items** — If parts or accessories are missing from your order, contact us and we'll send replacements right away.
### We Do Not Accept Returns For:
- **Change of mind / Buyer's remorse** — We do not accept returns because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, or found it elsewhere at a lower price.
- **Incorrect purchase** — Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and compatibility carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for purchases made by mistake.
- **Used or damaged by customer** — Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
### Return Shipping:
- For **defective/wrong items**: Nexa Home covers all return shipping costs.
- For **buyer-remorse returns** (where approved case-by-case): Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our warehouse. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Window:
- You have **30 days** from delivery date to report a defective or incorrect item.

### Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are issued **only** in the following cases:
1. Product is confirmed defective upon arrival
2. Wrong item was shipped to you
3. Package lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
4. Item not delivered within 45 business days
### Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within **5–7 business days** to your original payment method.
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
### Non-Refundable:
- Change of mind or unwanted purchases
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Original shipping & handling fees (except in cases of our error)
- Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)
### Dispute Resolution:
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may contact your payment provider. We always aim to resolve issues fairly before escalation.
